COMPLETE HALL CAPACITY FOR THE 19th Kissinger Piano Olympics

Due to the new resolutions of the Bavarian State Government regarding the Infection Protection Measures Ordinance, we are able to open all seats for sale upon presentation of a 3G certificate and the wearing of a medical mask during the concert. Tickets for the concerts that were already sold out or sold very well are now available again. The seats and rows of seats that have been left free so far can thus be occupied for other interested buyers.

We wanted to bring you this good news as soon as possible.

Your health and that of our artists and staff are our top priority. The following regulations must be observed when attending a concert:

Only those who have tested negative, are fully vaccinated or can prove they are recovering (3G rule) will be admitted to the events. If you are unable to provide this proof on the day of the concert, please contact our sales department. You will be refunded your ticket price immediately.
Wearing a medical mask ("surgical mask") or FFP2 mask during the entire stay in the concert area is compulsory - also at the seat during the concert. All current hygiene rules remain valid. We will inform you of any changes.

We look forward to seeing you!

In this context, please also note our supplements/instructions due to the current situation (SARS-CoV-2).
In order for you to enjoy your visit in a relaxed and safe manner, we kindly ask you to still take note of the following information.

If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time at:

Admission to the respective event begins 60 minutes before the concert starts. Please allow enough time for the necessary 3G check.

Please note that as purchasers of tickets, you are obliged to be able to identify visitors to the event at all times and to provide their contact details (name, address and telephone number or email address) on request. Please also pass on these visiting instructions to concert-goers accordingly.

As of now, only persons who have been vaccinated, recovered or tested in accordance with the Protective Measures Exemption Ordinance are permitted to attend the performance. Please have your identity card and one of the following forms of proof in paper or digital form ready for admission:

Negative result of a PCR test carried out max. 48 hours before the start of the performance, negative result of a PoC antigen test carried out max. 24 hours before the start of the performance, negative result of a self-test carried out under supervision max. 24 hours before the start of the performance and certified accordingly (e.g. as part of an in-house (self-)testing). Please note that other self-tests are not permitted.

School passport (pupils in Bavaria) with regularly registered tests as part of school attendance, vaccination passport or certificate to prove complete vaccination protection (from 14 days after final vaccination with a vaccine approved in the EU).
In case of survived COVID-19 infection: proof of positive PCR test result, which is at least 28 days old and not older than six months.

Children under 6 years of age and children not yet enrolled in school are exempt from the above verification requirements.
For a current list of testing stations and vaccination opportunities, see:

Due to the new regulation and adequate protective measures, minimum distances between seats in the auditorium are no longer required. However, please always keep a sufficient distance to other guests at the entrance and in our premises (min. 1.5 metres).

Our break catering is open for you. It is best to make a reservation for your break before the concert to avoid possible queues and bottlenecks.

Please wear a mask at all times, including at your seat during the performance.
It is compulsory to wear a medical mask ("surgical mask"). Children under the age of six are exempt from the mask requirement. In exceptional cases certified by a doctor, visitors are exempt from the mask requirement.

Please come to us in good health. If you experience cold or flu symptoms or if your immune system is weakened due to a previous illness, we ask you with a heavy heart to stay at home - otherwise we are looking forward to seeing you! If you have had contact with a person suffering from COVID-19 in the last two weeks or if you yourself have been diagnosed with the virus, your visit is excluded.

Please sit in your assigned seat. Please refer to your ticket for the seat number.

Be a role model in common hygiene rules, others will follow suit.

Enjoy your visit! We are delighted that so many of you will be able to visit us again. Join us in looking forward to a relaxed atmosphere and enjoy the music!
