Herman Melville: Moby Dick, excerpts

Moby Dick, one of the most famous novels in world literature, is the story of the great white whale and Captain Ahab who hunts him fanatically and without mercy. However, Moby Dick is more than just the Leviathan, the mythical monster of the deep. He embodies godly beauty and the total might of nature that causes commercial whale hunter, like the hate-driven Captain Ahab. Sebastian Knauer completes the text produced by Wolfgang Knauer through pianistic reflections and expositions of nature.
