Around 1905, architect Max Littmann designed the 320m² large “Royal Theatre” in the style of Baroque. The building is split up into three parts with a foyer, audience room and stage with high ceiling. The architecture combines the forms of antique theatre with the playful building style of courtly tier theatre in Rococo.
