Ticket purchase online

Conveniently order your tickets via our webshop and print them out directly. This saves you waiting time and shipping costs. Reduced tickets for students and other eligible persons can also be booked online. Our staff will check eligibility directly at the entrance (60 minutes before the concert starts), so please have your ID ready for confirmation.

We are implementing the new resolutions of the Bavarian State Government regarding the Infection Protection Measures Ordinance as follows: 

Only persons with a negative test (PCR test max. 48 hours, PoC antigen test max. 24 hours, self-test under supervision carried out max. 24 hours before the start of the performance and certified accordingly e.g. as part of a company (self-)test), as well as fully vaccinated or demonstrably recovered (3G rule) will be granted access to the events. If you are unable to provide this evidence on the day of the concert, please contact our sales department. You will be refunded your ticket price immediately. 

School pass (pupils in Bavaria) with regularly registered tests as part of school attendance, vaccination pass or certificate proving complete vaccination protection (from 14 days after final vaccination with a vaccine approved in the EU).
In case of survived COVID-19 infection: proof of positive PCR test result, which is at least 28 days old and not older than six months. Children under 6 years of age and children not yet enrolled in school are exempt from the above verification requirements.

Please have your identity card and one of the proofs in paper or digital form ready for admission. Please note that other self-tests are not permitted!

The wearing of a medical mask ("surgical mask") or FFP2 mask during the entire stay in the concert area is obligatory - also at the place during the concert. In exceptional cases certified by a doctor, visitors are exempt from the obligation to wear a mask. Children under the age of six are exempt from the mask requirement.

Please note that as purchasers of tickets you are obliged to be able to name visitors to the event at all times and to provide their contact details (name, address and telephone number or email address) on request. Please also pass on this attendance information to concert-goers accordingly.

If you are experiencing cold or flu symptoms, or if your immune system is weakened due to a previous illness, we ask you with a heavy heart to stay home. If you have had contact with a person infected with COVID-19 in the last two weeks or if you yourself have been diagnosed with the virus, your visit is excluded.

Take advantage of our many ticket price reductions. They are explained in more detail in our general business terms. Students are offered a class ticket for 3 euros shortly before the event and according to availability. 

If you want to surprise your family, friends or relatives with a concert, but you can’t decide which one, then a gift card is the right choice for you. We’ll gladly provide you with more information.

Our concert sites are reachable without any obstacles (except for the balconies of the Max-Littmann-Saal and Kurtheater). Our hostesses are always ready to assist you, should you have questions or problems.

General Terms

In principle, tickets cannot be returned. Programmes, casts, dates and venues are subject to change without notice.

You will receive your ticket reservation by sending a confirmation with details of the payment date. After receipt of the invoice amount, the tickets will be sent to you for a fee of € 3.

Reserved tickets go on sale again if they are not collected 30 minutes before the start of the concert.

Late Entry

Late concertgoers are not entitled to the seat shown on the ticket. In principle, admission can only be granted after works have been completed or during the concert interval. Late admission is excluded for events without an intermission or with only one work.

Pupils, students, trainees up to the age of 27, Hartz IV recipients, federal/youth volunteers and disabled persons with the registration number "aG", "BI" or "B" receive a reduction of 50% of the ticket price on all seats on presentation of the relevant ID (online ordering now also possible). Please have your corresponding ID available at the entrance.

Remaining tickets for pupils / students (max. 27 years) can be purchased at the concert box offices 10 minutes before the start of the event, provided the contingent is not yet exhausted at the time of the request, for € 3 on presentation of the corresponding ID.

Insofar as an event is recorded or broadcast live by radio or TV stations or (press or other) photographs are taken of the event, the individual ticket purchaser may be visible as part of the audience. By purchasing the ticket, the ticket purchaser consents to the unrestricted use of such recordings in terms of time, place and content and in this respect irrevocably waives any claims for payment or other claims against the organiser.

Image and sound recordings, in particular film and video recordings or photography, are strictly prohibited at all events.
