General Terms

We generally reserve the right to change programs, cast, dates and concert sites.

You will receive your ticket reservation by sending us a confirmation together with a payment date. After receiving payment we will send you the tickets for a fee of 3 €.

Reserved tickets will be put for sale again if they are not picked up 30 minutes before the concert starts.

Late Entry

Visitors late to the concert have no claim to the seat specified on the ticket. Entry is only possible after one piece ends or if there is an intermission. In case of events with only one piece or without intermissions no late entry can be gained.

Students, trainees up to the age of 27, receivers of unemployment benefits, members of Federal and Youth Voluntary Service and disabled persons with the classification “aG”, “Bl” or “B” receive a discount of 50% on all tickets when showing their corresponding license and can choose any seat (from now on possible when ordering online). Please provide this valid document at the entrance.  

Leftover tickets for students (up to the age of 27) can be bought at the ticket booth for 3€ 10 minutes before the start of the concert as long as supply lasts and upon showing the corresponding license.

Should an event be broadcasted or filmed or if photos are being taken, any ticket buyer could be visible as part of the audience. When buying the ticket the buyer consents for this material to be fully used regarding time, place and content and relinquishes any claims to the organizer for payment or otherwise.

Picture and sound recordings, especially film, video and photos, are generally forbidden at all events.
