Discounts

School pupils, students, trainees up to the age of 27, Hartz IV recipients, federal/youth volunteers and disabled persons with  "aG", "Bl" or "B" certificates receive a reduction of 50% of the ticket price on all seats upon presentation of the corresponding identification. We kindly ask you to have the corresponding ID ready upon entering the concert venue as well.

Ten minutes before the start of the event, pupils and students up to the age of 27 can - subject to availability and contingent - purchase tickets for € 5 at the box office upon presentation of the corresponding ID.

Withdrawal and refund

Ticket returns are not possible as a matter of principle.

In the event that concert events have to be cancelled due to pandemic-related legal measures, the price of tickets already purchased will of course be refunded.

Programmes, artists, dates and venues are subject to change without notice.

Box Office

The box office usually opens one hour before the start of each concert. Reserved tickets must be picked up no later than 30 minutes before the start of the performance, otherwise unpaid tickets will go back on sale.

Weekend Packages

Seats for all packages are subject to availability at the time of order. There is no entitlement to the same seat for all concerts.

Admission and late admission

Admission

As a rule, admission takes place 30 minutes before the start of the respective event. In individual cases, admission may be later.

Late admission

Late concertgoers are not entitled to the seat shown on the ticket. As a rule, admission is only granted after works have been completed or during the concert intermission. Late admission is excluded for events without an intermission or with only one work.

Image and sound recordings

Image and sound recordings - in particular filming, video recording or photography - are strictly prohibited at all events.

Broadcast Recordings

If an event is broadcast live or recorded by radio or TV stations, or if press or other photographs are taken of the event, individual concertgoers may possibly be visible. By purchasing the ticket, the ticket purchaser consents to the unrestricted use of such recordings in terms of time, place and content and irrevocably waives any claims for payment or other claims against the organizer in this respect.
