Concert Formats

The concerts with world-class orchestras in the magnificent acoustics of the Max Littmann Hall are at the centre of the Kissinger Sommer.

Prominent names and top-class programmes await you at the chamber concerts of the Kissinger Sommer at numerous venues.

Music in the city, music for the city! Every Friday and Saturday at 6 pm during the festival in public places all over town. Free admission.

The »Symphonic Mob« is Bavaria's largest play-along orchestra. Here, amateur musicians join in with professionals from world-class orchestras.

During the festival every Friday at 5 pm in the Green Hall in the Regentenbau. Free admission. (in German)

A summery finale under the evening sky, every Friday following the concert. Admission incl. a drink: 12 Euro (advance) / 15 Euro (evening)

A musical reading will take place in the Max-Littmann-Saal following a concert of the 2024 festival. Tickets at 10 Euros.
