Tickets can be booked via our website, by telephone and by mail. Tickets can be purchased in person directly in Bad Kissingen at the Tourist Information in the Arkadenbau. During the festival, the box office for the respective event always opens one hour before the concert begins.

You can reach the ticket office by telephone via +49 (0) 971 80 48 444 from Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 8 pm and Saturday and Sunday from 10 am to 2 pm. The office can be contacted by e-mail at kissingen-ticket@badkissingen.de.

Concert tickets can be paid by credit card, bank transfer, invoice or direct debit. The payment method can be selected in the corresponding sales process.

You will receive an order confirmation immediately after your online purchase. If you purchase tickets in writing or by telephone, we will inform you by e-mail or letter which seats have been booked. You will also receive payment instructions at the same time. The tickets will be sent to you immediately after receipt of payment by Kissinger Sommer.

In principle, ticket returns or exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

In the event that concert events have to be cancelled due to force majeure, your ticket price will of course be refunded.

The organizer reserves the right to make changes to programmes, casting, dates or venues. This does not entitle the holder to return tickets.

Are discounts available?

Our weekend packages offer a discount of around 10% when purchasing three (Friday to Sunday) four 4 (Thursday to Sunday) consecutive evening events.

Pupils, students, trainees up to the age of 27, recipients of citizen's allowance, people doing federal/youth voluntary service and disabled people (license plates “aG”, “BI” or “B”) receive a discount of 50% of the ticket price on all seats, subject to availability, on presentation of appropriate ID. The relevant ID must be shown on admission.

On the day of the concert, pupils and students can purchase tickets for € 5 at the box office on site, subject to availability and quota, on presentation of the relevant ID.

Vouchers for festival concerts can be purchased directly at the tourist information office in the arcade building (in the Kurgarten). This is open Monday to Sunday from 9:30am to 5:30pm.

Vouchers can also be redeemed at the Tourist Information Office.

We reserve the right to make changes to the programme and cast. Please note that cast and programme changes do not entitle you to return tickets. The ticket price will only be refunded if an event is generally canceled.

The foyer and the catering area generally open 60 minutes before the start of the event.

The concert hall usually opens 30 minutes before the start of the event.

Image and sound recordings - in particular filming, video recordings or photography - are strictly prohibited at all events. 

The event may be moved indoors in the event of weather changes announced in good time. Our homepage is always up to date and indicates any changes.

There are no elevators at either venue. We recommend that guests with limited mobility book tickets in the stalls, which are barrier-free.

We ask concert guests with wheelchairs or walking frames to register these when ordering tickets so that we can reserve suitable seats, subject to availability. For safety reasons, walking aids cannot be placed directly in the hall corridors during the concert. Guest Services will assist you in placing them as close as possible to the relevant door and your seat.

For information on the suitability of our venues for wheelchair users, please contact our advance ticket sales team. We would like to point out in advance that there are no wheelchair-accessible balcony seats in the Max-Littmann-Saal or the Kurtheater, as there is no elevator. Wheelchair and companion seats are sold exclusively through our advance ticket sales, subject to availability.

Before all festival concerts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday evenings, the Kissinger Sommer offers a convenient festival shuttle service from Fulda and Würzburg to Bad Kissingen, which will take you back directly after the concert. The bus tickets can be booked in advance and cost € 15 each for the entire journey. We also offer a bus service from Bad Kissingen for concerts in our external venues Maria Bildhausen, Bad Brückenau and Schloss Aschach.

Within Bad Kissingen, you can reach the respective concert halls with the bus lines of the city of Bad Kissingen. Most of the venues are also within easy walking distance. You can see this for yourself on our city map.

The express bus line takes you directly from Fulda main station to Bad Kissingen. The bus runs several times a day from Monday to Friday and once a day on Saturday and Sunday.
